Post by: José Roca on July 14, 2008, 12:46:08 AM

The following example illustrates the use of the Move method with an IFolder object:

#INCLUDE "windows.inc"
#INCLUDE "scrrun.inc"

DIM fso AS IFileSystem
DIM pFolder AS IFolder

' Create an instance of the FileSystemObject
fso = NEWCOM "Scripting.FileSystemObject"
' Get a reference to the IFile interface
pFolder = fso.GetFolder(UCODE$("C:\MyFolder"))
' Move the folder to another location
pFolder.Move UCODE$("C:\MyNewFolder")
IF OBJRESULT = %S_OK THEN
   MSGBOX "Folder moved"
ELSE
   MSGBOX "Error &H" & HEX$(OBJRESULT) & " moving the folder"
END IF
